- Contribute to sales growth in jewelry, watches, and high jewelry through exceptional customer service.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall goals as a team player.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on acquiring new clients and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Serve as an exemplary brand ambassador, embodying Boucheron Japan's culture and retail excellence.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of the Maison's history and creations, delivering Boucheron's service standards during sales ceremonies.
- Ensure the boutique's appearance and jewelry presentation adhere to visual merchandising and cleanliness guidelines.
- Uphold grooming standards in line with Boucheron's guidelines.
- Understand and comply with the values and ethical principles of Maison Boucheron and the Kering Group.
- Actively participate in team meetings, group tasks, boutique events, and other activities.
- Engage in training sessions such as morning meetings and role plays, exchanging ideas with colleagues and team members.
- Provide appropriate follow-up and support to team members.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Demonstrated sales skills and KPI management capabilities.
- Ability to take necessary actions to achieve team goals.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in jewelry or watches, is preferred.
