Boucheron Sales Associate
Boucheron, established in 1858 by Frédéric Boucheron, is a prestigious maison renowned for its exceptional jewelry, high jewelry, and watchmaking. - Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall objectives as a team player.
- Support sales processes and assist in back-office and administrative tasks to help team members achieve their goals.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, creating opportunities for high jewelry sales.
- Proactively build networks to establish new contacts.
- Serve as an exemplary brand ambassador, embodying Boucheron Japan's culture and retail excellence.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate knowledge of the maison's history and creations, delivering Boucheron's service standards during sales ceremonies.
- Ensure the boutique's appearance and jewelry presentation align with visual merchandising and cleanliness guidelines.
- Adhere to Boucheron's grooming standards and uphold the values and ethical principles of the maison and the Kering Group.
- Actively participate in team meetings, group tasks, boutique events, and other activities.
- Lead training sessions and role-plays, educating and training colleagues and juniors.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed and adapt to responsibilities outside the usual scope when requested.
- High sales skills and KPI management abilities to achieve personal and team goals.
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain appropriate relationships with others.
- Ability to support store managers and colleagues, and train juniors as a team player.
- Proficiency in more than one language is advantageous.
Experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end fashion.
