1. Act as a brand ambassador, understanding company goals and missions to achieve personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional and unique brand experiences at all touchpoints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
3. Master daily boutique operations and proactively propose improvements.
4. Handle sales, operations, customer management, and customer service reception duties.
5. Achieve sales KPIs, including annual sales exceeding 80 million yen.
6. Execute Boucheron's selling ceremony and personalize customer experiences.
7. Propose and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies.
8. Sell pieces priced over 2 million yen and handle basic customer complaints and negotiations.
9. Maintain connections with clients and prospects, utilizing PCRM tools effectively.
10. Understand store guidelines and processes, including tax refunds, deliveries, and security.
11. Utilize retail-related IT tools efficiently.
12. Analyze personal performance and develop action plans for growth.

1. Possession of GIA G.G. or jewelry coordinator qualifications is advantageous.
