- Achieve or exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
- Cultivate strong client relationships both within the boutique and externally, representing the organization.
- Demonstrate the ability to acquire new clients and develop existing ones.
- Ensure each client receives superior customer service.
- Provide expert product knowledge and share the history of the Maison.
- Assist clients with pre-sale and post-sale customer service needs.
- Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and customer relationship management.
- Maintain standards for client relationship management expansion and client tracking.
- Accurately capture client data and effectively utilize available tools for tracking and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues appropriately and escalate to management as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to plan, support, and participate in in-store and off-site events and networking.
- Understand and adhere to all safety and operational policies and procedures of the group and boutique.
- Assist with daily store setup and breakdown, and communicate any maintenance issues.
- Support daily maintenance of displays and inventory.
- Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts, preparing for and ensuring audit success.
- Assist with special projects as needed, such as price changes and back-office support.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in luxury retail service.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry and luxury goods.
- Strong customer relationship management and sales skills.
- Proficiency in computer and office software applications.
- Excellent language skills are preferred.
- Team-oriented with a service mindset and mature communication abilities.
