- Achieve or surpass individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
- Cultivate strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
- Identify and develop new clientele while nurturing existing customer relationships.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for every client.
- Provide expert product knowledge and share the history of the Maison.
- Assist clients with pre-sale and post-sale customer service needs.
- Maintain standards for customer relationship management and client tracking.
- Accurately capture customer data and utilize available tools for relationship building.
- Resolve client issues appropriately and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with management to plan and participate in in-store and off-site events and networking.
- Adhere to all safety and operational policies and procedures of the group and boutique.
- Assist with daily store setup and troubleshooting, communicating any maintenance issues.
- Support daily maintenance of displays and inventory.
- Participate actively in daily, annual, and cycle counts, ensuring audit readiness.
- Assist with special projects as needed, such as price changes and back-office support.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in luxury retail service.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry and luxury goods.
- Strong customer relationship management and sales skills.
- Proficiency in computer and office software applications.
- Excellent language skills are preferred.
- Team-oriented with a service-driven mindset and mature communication abilities.
