- Act as a brand ambassador, understanding company goals and achieving personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional and unique brand experiences to ensure high customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Master daily boutique operations and proactively propose improvements.
- Engage in customer service and sales operations, including client management and customer service reception.
- Achieve sales KPIs, with an annual sales target exceeding 100 million yen.
- Consistently meet monthly sales goals through comprehensive product knowledge and superior customer service.
- Master sales procedures including greeting, discovery, persuasion, closing, and development.
- Approach customers based on their needs and purchasing motivations, handling negotiations and complaints smoothly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team.
- Maintain connections with clients and prospects, adeptly using PCRM tools like DCC and MyCat.
- Understand and comply with all Maison and group rules and operational policies.
- Participate in daily maintenance tasks, inventory audits, price changes, and other operational duties.
