- Act as a brand ambassador, understanding company goals and missions to achieve personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional and unique brand experiences at all touchpoints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Master daily boutique operations and proactively suggest improvements.
- Engage in customer service, sales operations, client management, and customer service reception duties.
- Train and develop new employees and junior staff.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and ensure all customers receive exceptional service through comprehensive product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build personalized relationships with clients and connect with potential prospects.
- Participate in inventory counts, audits, and price changes, ensuring compliance with all Maison and group policies.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.
- Understanding of client needs and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Adaptability to changing environments (resilience).
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Jewelry-related certifications such as GIA G.G. or Jewelry Coordinator are advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in handling negotiations and complaints smoothly.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
Experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in jewelry and watches, is preferred.
