1. Act as a brand ambassador, understanding company goals and missions to achieve personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional and unique brand experiences at all touchpoints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
3. Master daily boutique operations and proactively suggest improvements.
4. Engage in customer service, sales operations, client management, and customer service reception duties.
5. Train and develop new employees and junior staff.
6. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and ensure all customers receive exceptional service through comprehensive product knowledge and sales techniques.
7. Build personalized relationships with clients and connect with potential prospects.
8. Participate in inventory counts, audits, and price changes, ensuring compliance with all Maison and group policies.
