- Achieve quantitative objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive the boutique's sales revenue.
- Adhere to Boucheron's sales ceremony, including client discovery and detailed presentation of the Maison and its creations.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, including client file verification and security protocols.
- Uphold grooming standards and 'Service Palace' procedures.
- Promote the brand narrative and enhance brand value both in-store and externally.
- Leverage market knowledge during sales ceremonies.
- Identify client expectations and build strong client relationships.
- Regularly follow up with clients via mail, email, and phone.
- Update and maintain CRM data.
- Nurture client relationships through invitations, events, and personalized gestures.
- Propose event organization ideas to promote the Maison.
- Develop partnership avenues with hotels, personal shoppers, stylists, and business introducers.
- Maintain availability on the sales floor.
- Ensure the boutique's tidiness and the quality of visual merchandising.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Engage in team meetings, challenges, and events.
- Collectively manage stock in accordance with Maison policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury jewelry house.
- Excellent commercial skills and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to attract and recruit high-potential clients.
- Proactive, with a sense of initiative and dynamism.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of jewelry and gemology.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Comfortable in the department store environment with flexibility for operational hours, including weekends.
