Boucheron Sales Associate

- Serve as the visible face of the brand: welcome, advise and guide clients through the buying journey in accordance with Boucheron’s selling standards.
- Present and demonstrate the collection with precise product knowledge of jewelry and watches; translate technical attributes into client-focused benefits.
- Deliver against individual and store sales targets through active selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and prospect new clients through clienteling and follow-up activities.
- Ensure impeccable boutique merchandising, visual standards and product presentation at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and manage after-sales assistance, returns and repairs in line with company policy.
- Support stock management, replenishment, inventory controls and internal reporting to store management.
- Proven experience in retail sales; luxury, jewelry or watch experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with polished presentation and client-facing professionalism.
- Demonstrable commercial awareness and a targets-driven mindset.
- Reliable, discreet and high integrity when handling valuable merchandise and confidential client information.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; right to work in China.

Typically 1–3 years of retail selling experience, preferably within luxury goods, jewelry or watch boutiques. Demonstrable record of meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele is an advantage.
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury goods is advantageous.
