- Act as a brand ambassador, understanding company goals and missions to achieve individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional and unique brand experiences at all touchpoints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Master daily boutique operations and proactively propose improvements.
- Engage in customer service and sales activities, including operational tasks, customer management, and customer service reception.
- Achieve sales KPIs with annual sales exceeding 100 million yen.
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets through comprehensive product knowledge and excellent customer service.
- Master sales procedures including welcome, discovery, understanding, agreement, closing, and development.
- Approach customers based on their needs and purchasing motivations.
- Handle negotiations and complaints smoothly.
- Stay informed and share industry trends and competitor information.
- Maintain connections with clients and prospects, utilizing PCRM tools effectively.
- Understand and comply with all Maison and Group rules and operational policies.
- Participate actively in daily maintenance, inventory audits, price changes, and other operational tasks.
- Propose operational improvements proactively.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
- Understanding of client needs.
- Ability to prioritize and make judgments.
- Adaptability to environmental changes (resilience).
- Multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service.

Experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end fashion.
