- Implement and respect internal visual merchandising directives, including flowers and music.
- Comply with Boucheron's security and safety regulations.
- Maintain and enhance the boutique's overall appearance.
- Perform administrative tasks as necessary.
- Exemplify teamwork and actively participate in boutique activities and operations.
- Engage in visual merchandising, stock tasks, or other non-commercial missions as required.
- Participate in or lead morning briefings depending on the topics discussed.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role or in luxury service with direct client contact.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and a demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong team spirit.
5 to 10 years in a similar position or luxury service role with direct client interaction.
