- Proactively expand personal network to acquire new contacts.

- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Boucheron's history and creations.

- Apply CRM rules using Boucheron's tools.
- Comply with Boucheron's grooming and presentation guidelines.
- Implement and adhere to internal visual merchandising directives.
- Ensure compliance with Boucheron's security and safety procedures.
- Maintain and enhance the boutique's overall appearance.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Exemplify teamwork and actively participate in boutique activities and operations.
- Engage in visual merchandising, stock management, or other non-commercial tasks as required.
- Participate in or lead morning briefings depending on the topics discussed.
- 5 to 10 years of prior experience in a similar role or luxury service position with direct client interaction.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and a demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong team spirit.
5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role or in luxury service with direct client interaction.
