- Drive sales by providing personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product demonstration techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Act as an ambassador of Boucheron, strictly respecting the Maison selling ceremony.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service, follow-up communications, and personalized experiences.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their preferences, occasions, and milestones, anticipating their needs and preferences.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling targeted outreach and relationship management.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the store client base and market presence.
- Ensure excellence in retail operations, participating actively in transversal store activities such as visual merchandising, stock management, and POS systems.
- Follow and respect guidelines to ensure compliant processes and store security.
- Maintain store standards in accordance with corporate policy, receiving and examining deliveries for discrepancies and resolving problems promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and withdrawals.
- Manage client repairs and liaise with workshops.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
- Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and strong clienteling skills.

Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
Base salary: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour.
