1. Drive sales by delivering personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces.
2. Utilize in-depth product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product demonstration techniques.
4. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
5. Act as an ambassador of Boucheron, strictly respecting the Maison selling ceremony.
6. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service, follow-up communications, and personalized experiences.
7. Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their preferences and anticipate their needs.
8. Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions and manage relationships.
9. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the store's client base and market presence.
10. Ensure excellence in retail operations, participating actively in transversal store activities such as visual merchandising, stock management, and POS systems.
11. Maintain store standards in accordance with corporate policy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
12. Manage client repairs and liaise with workshops.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
2. Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.
4. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and strong clienteling skills.

Candidates should have proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Base pay ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, with additional monthly incentives.
