- Drive sales by delivering personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product demonstration techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Act as an ambassador of Boucheron, strictly respecting the Maison selling ceremony.

- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
- Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.

Base pay ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, with additional monthly incentives.
