1. Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the Maison's history, product collections, trends, and market activities.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to all clientele.
3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through customer engagement and database management, ensuring effective follow-up actions.
4. Maintain professional expertise in brand, product, and marketing activities.
5. Support daily operations, including stock management and shop presentation.
6. Develop and implement CRM strategies and practices.
7. Process payments and manage cash and credit/debit card transactions.
8. Conduct market intelligence and provide regular competitor updates.
9. Participate in merchandising feedback to enhance brand exposure and customer attraction.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail frontline experience, preferably in the luxury jewelry and watches sector.
2. Passion for luxury jewelry, with a positive and mature mindset.
3. Adaptability to a dynamic and target-driven environment.
4. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
5. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
6. Immediate availability is preferred.
