1. Serve as a brand ambassador, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of Boucheron's history, current product collections, and market trends.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to all clientele.
3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive engagement with walk-in customers and the customer database, ensuring diligent follow-up.
4. Maintain professional expertise in brand, product, and marketing activities.
5. Assist in daily operations, including stock management and shop presentation.
6. Develop and implement CRM strategies and practices.
7. Process payments and manage cash and credit/debit card transactions.
8. Conduct market intelligence by regularly updating competitor information.
9. Participate in merchandising feedback to enhance brand exposure and customer attraction.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail frontline experience, preferably in the luxury jewelry and watch sector.
2. Passion for luxury jewelry, with a positive and mature mindset.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
4. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.
5. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
6. Immediate availability is preferred.
