1. Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Boucheron's history, current product collections, trends, and market activities.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to all clientele.
3. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through proactive engagement with walk-in customers and leveraging the customer database, ensuring diligent follow-up actions.
4. Maintain professional knowledge of the brand, products, and marketing initiatives.
5. Assist in daily operations, including stock management and shop presentation.
6. Develop CRM strategies and practices to enhance customer relationships.
7. Process payments and manage cash and credit/debit card transactions.
8. Conduct market intelligence by regularly updating competitor information.
9. Participate in merchandising feedback to boost brand exposure and customer attraction.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail frontline experience, with a preference for experience in the luxury jewelry and watches industry.
2. Passion for luxury jewelry, with a positive and mature mindset.
3. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and target-driven environment.
4. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
5. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
6. Immediate availability is preferred.
