1. Serve as a brand ambassador, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of the Maison's history, product collections, and market trends.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to all clientele.
3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective customer engagement and follow-up.
4. Maintain professional expertise in brand products and marketing initiatives.
5. Support daily operations including stock management and store presentation.
6. Develop and implement CRM strategies and practices.
7. Process payments and manage cash and card transactions efficiently.
8. Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.

1. Minimum of 3 years of frontline retail experience, preferably in the luxury jewelry and watches sector.
2. Passion for luxury jewelry with a positive and mature attitude.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
4. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
5. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
6. Immediate availability is preferred.
