- Communicate expertly about the Maison's history and promote the brand in-store and externally.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Enhance client loyalty and spending through deepened relationships.
- Adhere to the sales process and update CRM data accurately.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through invitations, events, and personalized gestures.
- Meet quantified objectives and key performance indicators.
- Proactively organize and attend events to promote the Maison.
- Develop new partnerships with luxury brands and industries.
- Well-groomed with high presentation standards.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Previous experience in jewelry and luxury retail boutique environments.
- Willingness to work weekends and late shifts.
- Excellent commercial, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Hands-on approach with strong teamwork and methodical skills.
Previous experience in a jewelry and luxury retail boutique environment is required.
