2. Communicate knowledgeably about the Maison's history and promote the brand both in-store and externally.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships, exceeding sales targets and fostering lifetime loyalty.
4. Input and update CRM data accurately.
5. Organize and attend events to promote the Maison and develop new business partnerships.
6. Adhere to sales processes and procedures, achieving quantified objectives and KPIs.

1. Previous experience in jewelry and luxury retail boutique environments.
2. Fluent in French and English.
3. Well-groomed with a high standard of presentation.
