- Drive sales by delivering personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable jewelry pieces.
- Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and communicate the brand's heritage and craftsmanship.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product demonstration techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Act as an ambassador of Boucheron, strictly respecting the Maison selling ceremony.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service and personalized experiences.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their preferences and anticipate their needs.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions and enable targeted outreach.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the store's client base.
- Ensure excellence in retail operations, including VM, stock management, and POS systems.
- Follow and respect guidelines to ensure compliant processes and store security.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
- Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software and strong clienteling skills.
