1. Provide a warm and professional welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a Palace-level service.
2. Serve beverages to clients.
3. Greet clients with discretion, kindness, and respect.
4. Manage client wait times in the boutique and provide information as needed.
5. Present the boutique tour to clients.
6. Assist sales associates during product presentations.
7. Listen attentively to client and sales associate requests and adapt accordingly.
8. Prepare items in cases, gift wrap, and create certificates.
9. Participate in the setup and maintenance of the boutique according to brand guidelines.
10. Ensure the boutique is impeccably maintained.
11. Handle orders and restocking of promotional materials and beverages.
12. Learn and implement security protocols within the boutique.
13. Collaborate closely with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
14. Photograph pieces in accordance with brand guidelines.
15. Support visual merchandising activities within the boutique.

2. Passionate about fashion and the luxury universe with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in English; a third language is appreciated.
4. Well-presented with a strong sense of service.
