1. Provide a warm and discreet welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a high standard of service.
2. Serve beverages to clients as part of the hospitality experience.
3. Manage client waiting times and provide information as needed.
4. Assist sales associates during product presentations by attending to client and sales associate needs.
5. Adapt to various client requests and ensure a seamless service experience.
6. Prepare jewelry pieces in presentation boxes, handle gift wrapping, and manage certification processes.
7. Participate in the setup and maintenance of the boutique, ensuring it adheres to Boucheron's guidelines.
8. Order and restock promotional materials and beverages.
9. Implement and adhere to safety protocols within the boutique.
10. Collaborate closely with Back Office and After-Sales Service teams.
11. Capture photographs of pieces in accordance with brand guidelines.
12. Support visual merchandising activities within the boutique.

1. Serve as an ambassador of the brand and its values.
2. Passionate about fashion and the luxury sector.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
