1. Provide a warm and professional welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a service of the highest standard.
2. Serve beverages to clients with discretion and respect.
3. Manage client waiting times in the boutique and provide information as needed.
4. Assist sales associates during product presentations by observing and understanding client needs.
5. Prepare jewelry pieces in presentation boxes, create gift packages, and issue certificates.
6. Contribute to the boutique's setup and maintenance, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
7. Order and replenish promotional materials and beverages.
8. Implement and adhere to security protocols within the boutique.
9. Collaborate closely with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
10. Support visual merchandising activities within the boutique.

2. Demonstrated passion for fashion and the luxury sector.
3. Proficiency in English; a third language is advantageous.
