- Provide a warm and discreet welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a service of the highest standard.
- Serve beverages to clients.
- Manage client wait times in the boutique and provide information as needed.
- Conduct boutique tours and presentations.
- Assist sales associates during product presentations, adapting to the needs of both clients and sales staff.
- Prepare jewelry pieces in cases, create gift packages, and issue certificates.
- Participate in the setup and maintenance of the boutique, ensuring it meets the brand's guidelines.
- Order and restock promotional materials and beverages.
- Implement security protocols within the boutique.
- Collaborate closely with Back Office and After-Sales Service teams.
- Photograph pieces in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Support visual merchandising activities within the boutique.
- Ambassador of the brand and its values.
- Passionate about fashion and the luxury industry.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is appreciated.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
