1. Provide a warm and high-standard welcome to both French and international clients.
2. Greet clients with discretion, kindness, and respect.
3. Manage client waiting times in the boutique and provide information.
4. Serve beverages to clients.
5. Present the Boutique tour.
6. Assist sales staff during product presentations.
7. Observe and attentively listen to client and sales staff requests.
8. Adapt to each client's request.
9. Package items, create gift wraps, and prepare certificates.
10. Participate in the setup and maintenance of the boutique.
11. Ensure the boutique is perfectly maintained according to brand guidelines.
12. Order and restock promotional materials and beverages.
13. Learn and implement security rules within the boutique.
14. Collaborate with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
15. Take photos of items following brand guidelines.
