1. Provide a palace-level welcome and service to both French and international clients.
2. Greet clients with discretion, kindness, and respect.
3. Manage client waiting times in the boutique and provide information.
4. Serve beverages to clients.
5. Present the Boutique tour.
6. Assist sales staff during product presentations.
7. Observe and attentively listen to client and sales staff requests.
8. Adapt to each client's request.
9. Prepare items in cases, create gift packages, and certificates.
10. Participate in setting up and maintaining the boutique according to brand guidelines.
11. Order and restock promotional materials and beverages.
12. Implement security rules within the boutique.
13. Collaborate with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
14. Photograph pieces according to brand guidelines.
