1. Provide a warm and discreet welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a service level akin to a palace.
2. Manage customer queues and provide information as needed.
3. Serve beverages and conduct boutique tours.
4. Assist sales associates during product presentations by observing and understanding client and seller needs.
5. Adapt to various client requests and handle packaging, including gift wrapping and certification.
6. Contribute to the boutique's setup and maintenance, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
7. Order and restock promotional materials and beverages.
8. Implement security protocols within the boutique.
9. Collaborate closely with Back Office and After-Sales Service teams.
10. Capture product photographs in line with brand standards.

2. Demonstrate a passion for fashion and the luxury industry.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
4. Exhibit excellent presentation and service orientation.
