1. Welcome and assist clientele, identifying their needs and providing expert advice.
2. Present various collections and models to clients.
3. Contribute to boutique operations, including merchandise reception and visual merchandising.
4. Support sales staff during the sales process.
5. Assist the back office with accounting relations, banking follow-ups, and client export tracking.
6. Manage store cash and petty cash expenses.
7. Create and maintain team schedules with the Director.
8. Oversee administrative tasks, including ordering promotional materials and office supplies, handling correspondence, and managing supplier relations.
9. Conduct telephone reception duties.

1. Pursuing or completed higher education with a focus on commerce.

1. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
2. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
3. Proficiency in English is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but enthusiasm for the luxury industry is essential.
