1. Welcome customers and identify their needs
2. Provide information and advice on collections
3. Participate in store activities such as receiving items and merchandising
4. Support sales staff during sales ceremonies
5. Assist the back office with accounting relations and banking follow-ups
6. Conduct sales reporting and customer export follow-ups
7. Manage store cash and petty cash
8. Create and manage team schedules with the Director
9. Handle administrative tasks including ordering supplies and managing correspondence
10. Answer phone calls
