Boucheron Retail Training Manager (HKMCTW)

- Design, localize and implement training programmes (brand induction, product knowledge, selling skills) for retail teams and external partners across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
- Deliver classroom sessions and regular in‑store product training covering Jewellery, High Jewellery and Watches; lead novelty and seasonal learning initiatives in line with global guidelines.
- Provide systematic field coaching and on‑site mentoring to boutique teams, translating KPI, Mystery Shopper and client experience data into targeted action plans.
- Support new store openings, commercial events (trunk shows, in‑store promotions) and boutique manager seminars with tailored training and facilitation.
- Localize and maintain training materials (presentations, toolkits, e‑learning content), and drive adoption of the e‑learning platform within the HKMCTW region.
- Coordinate regional learning projects, manage training records, vendor relationships and contract follow‑ups, and prepare post‑training reports and KPI dashboards.
- Contribute to the annual training calendar and assist in training budget planning to ensure cost‑effective execution and measurable learning impact.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in training, coaching or retail excellence roles within luxury retail; Watches & Jewellery experience preferred.
- Proven competence in both classroom delivery and field coaching; candidates with less experience may be considered for a Retail Training Supervisor role.
- University degree in Business, Education or a related discipline.
- Fluent communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin essential for the HKMCTW market).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan region.
- Coaching, facilitation or adult‑learning certifications are advantageous.

University degree in Business, Education or a related field. Professional certifications in coaching, facilitation or L&D are a plus.
