- Lead retail audit programs by supervising store audit campaigns, ensuring their effective execution, monitoring performance indicators, and providing clear analyses and operational recommendations to headquarters and market teams.
- Manage in-store experience projects and digital tools by overseeing initiatives aimed at enhancing the in-store experience, including the development, deployment, and optimization of digital tools for retail teams. Collaborate with IT teams to define needs, test functionalities, and ensure smooth implementation across the network.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with international markets, collaborating with regional teams to gather insights, consolidate qualitative feedback, and ensure alignment and successful deployment of all Retail Operations initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments such as Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Security, IT, and Training to ensure seamless coordination and optimal execution of projects.
- Monitor retail trends and competition by conducting regular market analysis to identify emerging best practices, innovations, and competitive strategies, and translate these observations into actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Relations, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, retail operations, or customer experience, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
- Proven analytical and organizational skills with the ability to structure, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital tools and environments, with a curiosity for AI-based solutions and a keen interest in integrating new technologies into retail operations.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating with stakeholders from diverse cultures and geographical areas.
- Fluency in French and English is essential; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with digital retail tools is a significant asset.
3 to 5 years of experience in project management, retail operations, or customer experience, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Relations, or equivalent.
