- Drive boutique sales performance through strategic initiatives and in-store events to meet sales targets.
- Manage sales forecasts and actual results to align with business objectives.

- Enhance boutique sales operations by standardizing processes and improving staff selling capabilities.
- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring smooth execution and effective resolution of product incidents and customer claims.
- Develop strong partnerships with department store stakeholders through proactive proposals and negotiations.
- Collaborate with the training team to design and implement development plans for boutique managers and assistant managers.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage boutique staff, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

- Coach and mentor boutique managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
- Coordinate with HQ and regional stakeholders to align strategies and retail priorities.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury industry with a strong understanding of luxury retail.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with department stores and key business partners.
