Boucheron Retail Excellence Assistant

1. Support the Retail Excellence Europe team in daily tasks.
2. Act as a primary contact for boutiques from the headquarters.
3. Analyze business data including weekly and monthly reports.
4. Manage and support commission tracking, invoice processing, and customer refunds.
5. Assist in various retail excellence projects and uniform management.
6. Prepare integration programs for new sales staff and sales support tools.
7. Participate in organizing retail events such as Managers Meetings and sales training.
8. Visit retail boutiques and WHS partners to address requests.
9. Assist sales managers with daily needs including document support and inventory tracking.
10. Support the logistics of European training sessions including venue, orders, and meal reservations.
11. Manage invoices and expense reports related to training.
12. Update and monitor the Retail training schedule and participation.
13. Collect feedback from the International team.

1. Student in Bac +4/5 or equivalent in Business School/University.
2. Dynamic, versatile, and responsible.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
4. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
5. Fluent in English.

No specific experience required, suitable for students.
