Boucheron Retail Excellence Assistant

- Support the Retail Excellence Europe team in daily operations.
- Serve as a primary liaison between headquarters and boutiques.
- Conduct business analysis, including synthesizing weekly reports and preparing monthly retail activity summaries for France, Southern Europe, and assisting Northern and Eastern Europe.
- Manage and support retail operations, including commission tracking, invoice processing, and customer refunds.
- Assist in retail excellence projects and boutique uniform management.
- Prepare integration programs for new sales associates and sales support tools for boutiques.
- Participate in organizing retail events such as Managers Meetings and training sessions.
- Visit retail boutiques and WHS partners to address inquiries and support commercial managers with daily needs.
- Support the organization of European training logistics, including venue arrangements and expense management.
- Monitor and update retail training schedules and gather feedback from the international team.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or University.
- Dynamic, versatile, and responsible.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
No specific experience required, suitable for students currently enrolled in relevant academic programs.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or a related field.
Six-month internship starting in March 2025, offering hands-on experience in a leading luxury brand.
