- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales associates across the Middle East region, focusing on Maison, product knowledge, technical skills, and selling techniques to enhance the client experience.
- Conduct on-the-floor training and coaching sessions to ensure the effective implementation of training programs and foster a culture of continuous learning within boutiques.
- Evaluate team skills, performance, and individual learning needs to align with management on training and development plans.
- Analyze Mystery Shopping and 'Voice of the Client' feedback to identify areas for improvement and meet performance objectives.
- Collaborate in defining the training calendar based on strategic learning needs for the Middle East.
- Support boutique teams with in-field coaching to improve client service, storytelling, and selling techniques in line with Boucheron's standards.
- Coordinate the translation of training materials and organize training events.
- Monitor and ensure the completion of modules on the E-learning platform.
- Prepare and distribute training reports in a timely manner.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in the luxury industry.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Coaching mindset and ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong follow-up and accountability skills.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
A minimum of 3 years of related work experience, including at least 2 years in the luxury sector, is required.
