1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales associates across the Middle East region, focusing on Maison, product knowledge, technical skills, and selling techniques to enhance the client experience.
2. Conduct on-the-floor training and coaching sessions to ensure the effective implementation of training programs and foster a culture of continuous learning within boutiques.
3. Evaluate team skills, performance, and individual learning needs to align with management on training and development plans.
4. Analyze Mystery Shopping and 'Voice of the Client' feedback to identify areas for improvement and meet performance objectives.
5. Collaborate in defining the training calendar based on strategic learning needs for the Middle East.
6. Support boutique teams with in-field coaching to improve client service, storytelling, and selling techniques in line with Boucheron's standards.
7. Coordinate the translation of training materials and organize training events.
8. Monitor and ensure the completion of modules on the E-learning platform.
9. Prepare and distribute training reports in a timely manner.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in the luxury industry.
2. Bachelor's degree.

2. Coaching mindset and ability to influence others.
3. Proficiency in computer applications.
4. Strong follow-up and accountability skills.
5. Fluent in both English and Arabic.

A minimum of 3 years of related work experience, including at least 2 years in the luxury sector, is required.
