Boucheron Quality Development Intern

Maison Boucheron is a Parisian haute-joaillerie house renowned for refined craftsmanship, creativity and a legacy of fine jewellery and watchmaking. 1. Support the Quality team to ensure reliability and traceability of components and finished pieces.
2. Draft and update product specifications and technical data sheets.
3. Perform preseries controls: take measurements, compare results with prototypes and analyse conformity.
4. Validate engraving plans in accordance with applicable quality standards.
5. Assist the Quality/Development coordinator in designing and maintaining a communication routine between Development and Production Quality following preseries validation.
6. Manage administrative follow-up of laboratory tests: request submissions, reminders, centralisation of results and archiving.

1. Bac+4/5 engineering degree, specialised quality school diploma, or university degree with a focus in quality management, production or materials.
2. Strong interest in jewellery, fine craftsmanship and quality processes.
3. High level of rigor, acute attention to detail and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Good interpersonal skills, autonomy and ability to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in Pack Office (Microsoft Office).

Internship level; no specific length of prior professional experience required. Previous internships or hands-on exposure to quality control, production or jewellery manufacturing are an advantage.
