Boucheron Quality Development Coordinator

1. Ensure the quality of Jewelry (JO), Fine Jewelry (FJO) for all new productions, and High Jewelry (HJO) in rotation.
2. Maintain quality standards in collaboration with the development/methods department.
3. Oversee the testing laboratory operations.
4. Act as the primary liaison between the development/methods and quality departments.
5. Validate prototypes and pre-series (first pieces) for new and bi-sourcing launches before industrial production.
6. Support the development phase of JO/FJO collections for new and bi-sourcing initiatives.
7. Approve the quality of all produced pieces in JO (range and various) and FJO/HJO (rotation).
8. Manage and monitor the test range schedule.
9. Analyze results from laboratory tests.

1. Proven experience in quality assurance within the luxury jewelry sector.
2. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in jewelry manufacturing.

1. Exceptional service orientation and interpersonal skills.
2. Autonomous, organized, proactive, curious, rigorous, and methodical.
3. Ability to manage stress and maintain confidentiality.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
5. Knowledge of M3 or other ERP systems is advantageous.

Significant experience in quality assurance roles within the luxury jewelry industry is required.
