1. Conduct comprehensive piece-by-piece quality inspections and identify defects in jewelry and high jewelry products.
2. Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding quality issues.
3. Manage the return process for non-compliant pieces to suppliers.
4. Oversee the digital management of product flows, documentation, and archiving.
5. Occasionally travel to supplier sites for on-site product inspections.
6. Prepare shipments and manage the return process for stock repairs, including data entry and documentation management.
7. Maintain supplier contacts and provide updates to relevant departments.
8. Manage metal warranty processes, including hallmarking and legal testing.
9. Contribute to the development of quality procedures and assist in the validation of new products.
10. Participate in central stock activities such as inventories.

1. Technical knowledge in jewelry craftsmanship.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform precise tasks.
2. Manual dexterity and keen visual acuity.
3. Proficiency in oral and written communication.
4. Strong product and industry sensitivity, with a dynamic and committed approach.
5. Proficiency in computer tools such as Word and Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
6. Understanding of English is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

A minimum of a Bac+2 level education is preferred.
