Boucheron Quality Control Specialist

- Conduct comprehensive inspections of jewelry and watch pieces, identifying defects related to weight, stones, and metals.
- Manage digital workflows, documentation, and archiving processes.
- Perform occasional site visits for product inspections at supplier locations.
- Administer metal warranty processes including hallmarking and legal testing.
- Oversee the repair process for stock items, including preparation of shipments, return inspections, and documentation management.
- Collaborate with sales administration to track repair cases.
- Contribute to the development of quality procedures and assist in validating new products.
- Participate in central stock activities such as inventories.
- Technical knowledge in jewelry.
- Previous experience in quality control is preferred.
- Manual dexterity and keen visual acuity.
- Attention to detail, concentration, precision, honesty, and discretion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Product sensitivity and industry enthusiasm, with a proactive and dynamic approach.
- Proficiency in computer tools (minimum Word and Excel) and ideally experience with an ERP system.
- English language skills are advantageous.
A first experience in quality control is appreciated, particularly within the jewelry sector.
