1. Conduct comprehensive inspections of jewelry and watch pieces, identifying defects related to weight, stones, and metals.
2. Manage digital workflows, documentation, and archiving processes.
3. Perform occasional site visits for product inspections at supplier locations.
4. Administer metal warranty processes including hallmarking and legal testing.
5. Oversee the repair process for stock items, including preparation of shipments, return inspections, and documentation management.
6. Collaborate with sales administration to track repair cases.
7. Contribute to the development of quality procedures and assist in validating new products.
8. Participate in central stock activities such as inventories.

1. Technical knowledge in jewelry.
2. Previous experience in quality control is preferred.
3. Manual dexterity and keen visual acuity.
4. Attention to detail, concentration, precision, honesty, and discretion.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Product sensitivity and industry enthusiasm, with a proactive and dynamic approach.

1. Proficiency in computer tools (minimum Word and Excel) and ideally experience with an ERP system.
2. English language skills are advantageous.

A first experience in quality control is appreciated, particularly within the jewelry sector.
