1. Conduct comprehensive quality control of jewelry and watch pieces, identifying defects in weight, stones, and metals.
2. Manage digital inventory flows, documentation, and archiving.
3. Perform occasional on-site supplier product inspections.
4. Oversee metal guarantee processes, including hallmarking and legal testing management.
5. Coordinate stock piece repairs, including preparation of shipments, return inspections, data entry, and documentation management.
6. Follow up on repair dossiers in collaboration with sales administration.
