1. Oversee quality management focused on external partners.
2. Implement and monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Develop and maintain quality-related procedures within the company.
4. Manage non-conformities and quality alerts.
5. Follow up on corrective action plans and coordinate problem resolution.
6. Guide and support suppliers in their continuous improvement efforts.
7. Organize and conduct supplier audits.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in quality assurance, ideally within the luxury or jewelry sector.
3. Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, etc.) and auditing.
4. Leadership skills, attention to detail, and precision.
5. Professional proficiency in English.
6. Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in quality assurance, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry.
