1. Oversee and coordinate internal and external scheduling of the atelier, ensuring adherence to commitments.
2. Manage administrative activities including metal management, order processing, and subcontractor operations.
3. Plan and schedule production in collaboration with workshop managers, balancing internal and external capacities.
4. Lead a team of two, fostering a collaborative and communicative environment.
5. Develop and monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets in partnership with financial control.
6. Implement and manage the NeoFugu tool as the atelier's reference system.
7. Oversee RJC/COC certification and audits, and ensure compliance with HSE strategies.
8. Coordinate and plan atelier visits and manage cross-functional projects.
