1. Provide support to the Procurement Manager in daily activities.
2. Monitor supplier qualifications and update databases accordingly.
3. Participate in supplier sourcing activities for various projects and regions.
4. Assist in the preparation of consultation files and tenders for operational teams.
5. Conduct opportunity studies on procurement categories.
6. Regularly monitor suppliers to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and timeline commitments.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance supplier relationships.
8. Collect and analyze supplier performance indicators.
9. Track cost savings and contribute to the preparation of dashboards.
10. Ensure the monitoring of procurement KPIs.
11. Identify supplier risks and propose corrective actions.
12. Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
13. Participate in contract reviews.
14. Engage in CSR initiatives, including sustainability and supplier audits.
15. Contribute to annual supplier business reviews.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or International Business.
2. Good knowledge of procurement processes.

1. Excellent analytical and project management skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
3. Proficiency in advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in English.

Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.

Master's degree in progress in Procurement, Supply Chain, or International Business.
