Boucheron Press, Influence, and Celebrity Assistant Intern

- Assist in coordinating press activities for the APAC, Japan, and SEA regions, with occasional involvement in EU, US, and ME regions.
- Support the organization of international press events in Paris, including collection launches, travel arrangements, and dinners.
- Coordinate with various Maison departments such as image, retail, security, stock, and import-export.
- Aid in the development of digital press kits in collaboration with Image and Marketing teams.
- Manage the press contact database.
- Assist in organizing influencer activations.
- Contribute to the development of pre- and post-activation reports.
- Support the organization of celebrity activations, including scheduling, creation of loan agreements, and dispatch of lookbooks and items.
- Participate in the organization and presence at the Cannes Film Festival (May 11-25, 2025).
- Currently enrolled in a communication or business school with a successful initial experience in press, influence, or celebrity management.
- Proficient understanding of press, influence, and celebrity dynamics, with a strong grasp of luxury and fashion market nuances.
- Ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and demonstrate resilience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and confidentiality awareness.
- Organized, meticulous, responsive, and tenacious.
- Fluency in English is essential.

Previous experience in press, influence, or celebrity management within an agency, brand, or press office is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in communication or business.
