1. Lead the implementation of an Order Management System (OMS) in collaboration with IT and operations teams.
2. Manage project scoping, including project plans and specifications.
3. Organize and oversee project operations, including risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
4. Report project progress to relevant committees and stakeholders.
5. Review and validate functional specifications produced by IT project managers.
6. Define and oversee business testing plans with operational teams.
7. Develop and implement change management strategies, including training and support for end users.

1. Degree from an engineering or business school.
2. Proven experience in supply chain and project management.

1. Proficiency in recognized project management methodologies (PMI, SCRUM).
2. Strong IT and application tool affinity.
3. ERP system expertise (e.g., INFOR M3).
4. Familiarity with market tools (OMS/WMS) is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Fluency in English at a business level.

Candidates should have a successful track record in supply chain and project management, with a deep understanding of logistical challenges and operational constraints.
