1. Collect, structure, and analyze operational data.
2. Design and implement dashboards to automate key performance indicators across various operational departments.
3. Optimize and structure operational processes.
4. Manage data governance.
5. Actively collaborate in project management using methodologies such as SCRUM and AGILE.

1. Master's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac +5).
2. Curious and versatile mindset capable of addressing cross-functional topics.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Dynamic, committed, and able to work independently.
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBi, ERP, PLM, Anaplan is a plus.
6. Proficiency in English is appreciated.
7. Interest in the luxury sector, particularly in jewelry.
