1. Manage operations including supply, storage, and distribution of products such as perfumes, cases, shopping bags, store equipment, and displays.
2. Ensure product availability in required quantities, within deadlines, and respecting budget constraints.
3. Forecast and account for seasonal or special events such as store openings, trade shows, and seasonal displays.
4. Develop needs calculations and propose purchases.
5. Plan and execute purchase orders and process supplier invoices.
6. Handle internal and external client orders and communicate preparation orders to the logistics provider.
7. Act as a liaison for clients throughout the entire order process, including logistics, transport, and invoicing.
8. Ensure the delivery of high-quality commercial service to clients.
9. Participate in cross-functional transformation projects.

1. Autonomous and meticulous with strong communication skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Experienced with ERP systems, preferably Infor M3.
4. Fluent in English.
