- Oversee and manage cleaning service providers across all locations.
- Organize quality control checks and handle tender processes.
- Ensure compliance with waste sorting and recycling solutions.
- Manage reception services and oversee coffee, water, and plant services.
- Handle mail flow and stationery management.
- Ensure adherence to architectural concepts across all sites.
- Conduct environmental reporting and manage mail services.
- Draft operational procedures.
- Implement and manage Facility Management software, including configuration and user training.
- Coordinate office space reorganization projects, including BREEM certification and Tertiary Decree projects.
- Manage the company vehicle fleet, including new vehicle orders and policy compliance.
- Monitor and reconcile partner invoices, prepare financial statements, and manage budgets.
- Supervise a part-time assistant.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2/3) with experience in hospitality management, logistics, or workplace environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a premium level of service quality.
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical and operational knowledge related to headquarters, ERP, logistics centers, and boutiques.
- Proactive and curious mindset.
- Versatile, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
- Ability to manage unexpected challenges inherent to the role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Fluency in French; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
A successful track record in hospitality management, logistics, or workplace environment management is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2/3).
