- Oversee the execution and implementation of HQ visual merchandising guidelines across GCC markets, adapting them to local commercial needs.
- Coordinate construction and renovation projects, acting as a liaison between local teams and HQ, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Ensure store appearance and visual merchandising align with the brand's image and corporate guidelines.
- Manage the ordering, allocation, and invoicing of display materials and event kits, collaborating with local markets.
- Train and support local commercial teams in visual merchandising strategies and standards.
- Conduct ongoing training for boutique managers and sales associates in visual merchandising.
- Facilitate communication between boutique managers and sales associates for daily visual merchandising implementation.
- Collaborate with the International Merchandising Manager on product zoning and store density optimization for new product launches.
- Participate in store openings, in-store events, and other brand events.
- Conduct competitor display campaign research for quarterly reporting.
- Coordinate local store renovation and construction projects, providing support and coordination with architects, landlords, and vendors.
- Support HQ in preparing specifications and budgets for store projects, managing invoicing and cost allocation.
- Coordinate with related departments to resolve project issues and attend site handovers.
- Implement a supplier network for store maintenance across GCC countries, focusing on UAE store maintenance.
- Supervise maintenance works and negotiate funding with partners when necessary.
- University degree with proficiency in English and Arabic.
- 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or store planning, preferably in the luxury fashion or jewelry sector.
- Proven track record in the retail industry.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to create solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
A minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising or store planning within the luxury fashion or jewelry sector.
University degree.
