- Oversee the execution and adaptation of HQ Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines across GCC markets, ensuring alignment with local commercial needs.
- Coordinate construction and renovation projects, acting as the local liaison for HQ Store Design and Planning (SDP) in the GCC.
- Ensure store appearance and VM adhere to brand standards and corporate guidelines.
- Manage the rollout of VM guidelines, including the implementation and maintenance of store displays.
- Consolidate ordering, allocate delivery, and manage invoicing for display materials and retail tools.
- Train and support local commercial teams in visual merchandising strategy and standards.
- Collaborate with the International Merchandising Manager for product zoning and store density optimization.
- Participate in store openings, in-store events, and brand events.
- Conduct competitor research for display campaigns and prepare quarterly reports.
- Coordinate store renovation and construction projects, providing local support and coordination with architects, landlords, and vendors.
- Implement a supplier network for store maintenance across the GCC, ensuring compliance with HQ guidelines.
- Supervise maintenance work execution and negotiate funding with partners if necessary.
- University degree with proficiency in English and Arabic.
- 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Store Design and Planning, preferably in the luxury fashion or jewelry industry.
- Proven track record in the retail industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to create solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Store Design and Planning, ideally within the luxury fashion or jewelry sectors.
University degree required.
