1. Serve as the technical reference for new product development and existing range pieces, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timeline specifications.
2. Manage novelty projects, multisourcing initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
3. Oversee budget tracking and project progress, providing arbitration proposals for any roadblocks encountered.
4. Collaborate with the jewelry expert and project team to guide products from conception through to commercial launch.
5. Draft specifications and risk analyses, contributing to technical risk mitigation plans.
6. Lead and validate technical development phases in collaboration with workshops.
7. Propose and challenge technical solutions for design and manufacturing.
8. Ensure coherence between new products and existing range items.
9. Compile and validate technical dossiers.
10. Manage multisourcing projects from framing to pre-series validation, coordinating with internal Boucheron services and workshops.
11. Propose and implement standardization projects for products, components, and fittings.
12. Act as the primary contact for technical inquiries, managing technical documentation for products in development and in range.
13. Lead continuous improvement projects related to internal activities and workshop operations.

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a methods, production, or design engineer in jewelry, watchmaking, or a similar field.
3. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
5. Project-oriented with the capacity to adapt within a growing department and manage associated challenges.
6. Proactive, autonomous, and innovative.
7. Proficient in CAD tools and PLM systems.
8. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
9. Willingness to travel.
