1. Serve as the technical reference for new product development and existing product lines, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timeline specifications.
2. Lead projects related to new product introductions, multi-sourcing, and continuous improvement.
3. Monitor project budgets and communicate progress, identifying and proposing solutions for any obstacles encountered.
4. Collaborate with the New Products team and jewelry experts from conception through to commercial launch.
5. Draft specifications and risk analyses, contributing to technical risk mitigation plans.
6. Participate actively in development phases, overseeing and validating technical aspects in collaboration with workshops.
7. Propose and implement technical solutions for design and manufacturing challenges.
8. Ensure coherence between new products and existing product lines.
9. Compile and validate technical documentation.
10. Manage multi-sourcing projects from initial scoping to pre-series validation.
11. Propose and implement standardization projects for products, components, and fittings.
12. Act as the primary contact for all internal and external technical inquiries.
13. Oversee and manage technical documentation for products under development and in production.
14. Lead continuous improvement projects related to internal operations and workshop collaborations.

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a methods, production, or design engineer in jewelry, watchmaking, or a related field.
3. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
5. Project-oriented with the ability to adapt to a rapidly growing environment and manage associated challenges.
6. Proactive and autonomous with a strong capacity for proposal.
7. Proficiency in CAD and PLM software.
8. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
9. Willingness to travel.
