- Serve as the technical reference for new product development and existing product lines, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timeline specifications.
- Lead projects related to new product introductions, multi-sourcing, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project budgets and communicate progress, identifying and proposing solutions for any obstacles encountered.
- Collaborate with the New Products team and jewelry experts from conception through to commercial launch.
- Draft specifications and risk analyses, contributing to technical risk mitigation plans.
- Participate actively in development phases, overseeing and validating technical aspects in collaboration with workshops.
- Propose and implement technical solutions for design and manufacturing challenges.
- Ensure coherence between new products and existing product lines.
- Compile and validate technical documentation.
- Manage multi-sourcing projects from initial scoping to pre-series validation.
- Propose and implement standardization projects for products, components, and fittings.
- Act as the primary contact for all internal and external technical inquiries.
- Oversee and manage technical documentation for products under development and in production.
- Lead continuous improvement projects related to internal operations and workshop collaborations.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a methods, production, or design engineer in jewelry, watchmaking, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Project-oriented with the ability to adapt to a rapidly growing environment and manage associated challenges.
- Proactive and autonomous with a strong capacity for proposal.
- Proficiency in CAD and PLM software.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel.
- Technical expertise in product development and industrialization.
- Project management and budget oversight.
- Risk analysis and mitigation planning.
- Technical documentation management.

- Effective communication and collaboration.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in methods, production, or design engineering within the jewelry or watchmaking industry is required.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
